The Reception at the Grand

Here's the happy couple.

Note Natasha's shiny new ring!!!

And the fireworks lit the way.

Colin Best led the guests in their elegant finery.

We walked, while Natasha and Silvio cruised to the Grand Hotel in their white Landau Limosine.

Ronnie arrived; so we were all there, ready for the celebrations.

Having greeted the guests, the new reception rooms were christened by the hotel's owner and bride.

Entering to the applause of their friends and family.

The food and drink were never-ending and quite superb.

Charlie & Revel were getting in to the mood ....as always.

Here's myself and Tony Grech catching up on old times with the help of some bubbly.

We all ate, drank and danced. Had a wonderful time.
It was a fun evening....enjoyed by the families of the happy couple, and all their guests!

And the happy couple danced....and kissed....

It is one VERY set of special rooms that Silvio has built in the hotel extension.

And his wedding reception was the first to utilise them.....to be followed by many more weddings I'm sure.

And the workers (Michelle et al) get to have a rest and eat something at 4am-5am.

Silvio & Natasha get married

Well we all thought it would never happen. But we had the civil ceremony some time back .....but now it was back to Church. They rolled the carpet out.

The guests waited and studied the order of service.




Natasha kept him waiting 15-20 minutes, which was to be expected.




He looked like he was about to do a runner.





But he held fast and she followed the procession in, and entered radiant with her uncle.


Some readings in English, Russian and Maltese, interpersed the service.




And finally they were married in front of a very full church.

And there were fireworks ......

And a fairy-tale limo.............
